Confort et vue exceptionnelle

La suite était très spacieuses (2 grand chambres combinées). La vue du 31e étage étage juste fabuleuse et les grandes fenêtres pemettent d'en profiter en parmanence. Bien entendu , aucun vis-à-vis. Facile d'accès en voiture, très grand parking souterrain. A 2 pas d'un arrêt de la ligne de bus touristique et à 15 min à pied du centre

Le personnel de la réception ne parlait pas français. Mais sinon aboslument rien à redire. La prochaine fois que je vais à Séville j'y retourne sans hésiter.

Una Sevilla Preciosa 🤩 desde la habitación de este 🏨

Las vistas de este hotel son impresionantes 👍el desayuno muy bueno 👍y la habitación muy espaciosa y bonita

El ascensor es un poco lioso 🧐no acertamos ni una sola vez a la primera para ir a la habitación o la planta de desayuno 🤣o a la del mirador que hay que coger dos ascensores 🤣🤣

Excelentes vistas de Sevilla

La vista de la habitación es extraordinaria, como así también la del mirador del piso 37. El desayuno extraordinario y también cuenta con una vista increible. Super recomendable

Vue imprenable et grand confort

Très bon niveau de confort, très bonne qualité de service. Une vue exceptionnelle sur les environs

Un peu loin du centre historique lorsqu'on fait tout à pied (25'), mais quartier très calme. Prix du petit déjeuner élevé, même s'il est très complet.

Tranquilíssima

The staff was very good. Everything was very clean and the building it’s unique. We had a wonderful view of all the city!

Excellent value for the money, great views and good location

The beds are very comfy, the rooms are just the right size, modern and well structured. The views are awesome as the rooms begin on the 20th floor. The breakfast is good, staff is nice and very helpful. Parking is free of charge and if you pay for the breakfast at check-in you get a good deal (€15/pax). There’s a shopping center downstairs which has a few restaurants if you’re not in a mood to walk.

You need to change elevator to get from the parking to your room as it doesn’t go straight to the room floors. The gym has treadmills, cycling bikes but lacks barbells/dumbbells if you want to do more weight or functional training. You can still train anyway so probably just me being fussy. Although they have a spa, you need to pay for it (I haven’t tried it) but as Seville can be quite hot in summer it would be good to have access to a swimming pool free of charge.

I didn’t see five starts.

Sad to say I cannot pinpoint anything specific.

The air conditioning in my bedroom wasn’t working nearly at all. Despite several intervention I was told that the filter was very clogged (room 2311). No air conditioning AT ALL in my floor hallway as well as by the lobby. Never able to dine at the restaurant despite of countless empty tables they claimed “there were reservations” within one hour from closing time. Extremely complicated to maneuver and adjust partially black out curtains.

IExcellent hotel.

The hotel is fabulous, the rooms are big. Behind the property are the shopping mall. I find it close to everywhere. Overall, the hotel is in good location.

There is a Spa, but no swimming pool.

Beautiful view, nice rooms and location.

We did not had the correct settings for the airconditioning. It kept me awake during the first hour.

Would recommend a stay there, we had two rooms and they made an extra bed for our children, three in a room.

Very new, modern, and good accessible location.

Although most of the staff were great, some staff weren’t super friendly.

Great hotel with very good service

Well located not inside the old city but very close , Parking on site (paid) , comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, great water pressure. Very helpful staff , great breakfast. We loved everything

Fabulous overnight stop coming back from Gibraltar!

This hotel is absolutely fabulous, very clean, very comfortable bed and wonderful amenities. It is easy to find with beautiful views from all directions. The bar on the 37th floor is a lovely place to relax and have a drink. A real gem and without question would stay here again.

There was nothing to not like.
