Luxury room, nice staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooftop bar was great, but took a while for table service, Seemed understaffed.
Really liked the hotel in general and would stay again
Breakfast had a good selection but some things weren’t good quality such as the pastries.
Very disappointing that the spa and pool was 25 euro per person. Seems very expensive for a guest staying for 4 nights

Exotic: bar on 37th floor, restaurant on 34th, our room on 32nd - great views over Seville, 1992 Expo site and rivers.
Excellent location between motorways and city.
Bedroom design: classic triumph of design look over practicality - no bedside tables, no hooks for bathrobe & towel near shower, soap dispensers for bath fixed to wall out of reach of bath, over-complex lighting and shutter system yet no remote control; English language TV channels not working & technician unable to fix problem.

The view from the room was amazing.
The water washer next to the toilet was not working and the smell of the toweles wasnt the best.

We got a special price but could enjoy all the spectacular views as the staff managed to get us a room with view to the river. The parking is just below the hotel, but we had to ask for directions. The restaurant was top quality, and the staff made our dinner with sunset one memorable experience.
