Location was beautiful and the coffee provided in the room was delicious
Restraurant was closed on the day we visited which was a shame as this was partly why we booked however the restaurant at the ski lifts were very nice

Clean. Close to a bus stop that takes you to Brig train station in 10-15 min. Self check-in at any time. For 1 night it is okay.
Very small room, no toilets or bathroom in the room (shared bathroom). Very bad insonorisation between the rooms, we could hear the people in the room next to us. Our room was close to the toilet and we could hear people using it during the night as it was in our room. Therefore we could not sleep well.
No double bed but 2 single beds.
No small table or furniture, no chair.
The floor is very cold even though it was 1st floor.
No reception.
Expensive for what you get.
