La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, in quanto è ubicato su una strada di passeggio cittadino e ricca di esercizi commerciali. Dalla posizione si possono raggiungere agevolmente i principali palazzi e il piazzale di stazionamento dei bus urbani ed extraurbani con destinazione alle località di mare. La vicinanza di alcuni esercizi però è funesta a causa dei loro incivili avventori. L'appartamento è dotato di un prezioso e delizioso balconcino che comprende l'ingresso e la camera da letto sul quale mi sono seduta la sera per gustare il passeggio e sul quale mi affacciavo la mattina per iniziare bene la giornata. La presenza del balconcino mi ha dato anche la possibilità di lavare e stendere alcuni indumenti. Ottimi gli infissi per consentire l'isolamento acustico dal momento che il passeggio durava fino a tarda notte ed era alquanto rumoroso. Buono il sistema di condizionamento degli ambienti. Come correttamente segnalato da Booking la posizione rende l'appartamento fruibile anche da parte di chi viaggia da solo/a.
Il letto sembrava un pò instabile già quando ci si sedeva.

Mooi ruim appartement met 2 kamers en grote badkamer op perfecte locatie 200 meter van oude stad.
Mogelijkheid tot self incheck.
Goed faciliteiten, koffie , strijkijzer en uitstekende airconditioning.
Je zit een een drukke winkelstraat dus veel reuring.
Ontbijt kon je nuttigen bij een café 50 meter verder. Ontbijt is alléén cappuccino en een croissant of een stuk cake. Beetje karig.
Nadeel van drukke straat, maar daar kies je dan voor, dat het ook s’nachts en ochtendsvroeg lawaaiig kan zijn.
Dit ondanks dikke ramen. Bleek dat het geluid via de zijkant binnen kwam dus belangrijk om je slaapkamerdeur naar de hal ook te sluiten.
Vinden van de locatie , niet duidelijk of het wel/geen TLZ zone was en parkeren is ook niet heel makkelijk. In de wijken eromheen konden wij nog wel (gratis) plek vinden.

The location was perfect, close to the main centre while being pleasantly set off on a side street. The property was easily accessed and private because of the side entrance. The spaciousness and the balcony made it a wonderful place to stay.
The bathroom could use an upgrade but for a single guest, it worked.
