The location was amazing, very central, right behind Champs Elysees, clean and very secure, we went through 4 different doors with 4 different codes. Communication with the owner/office was also a very good, quick responses and provided all relevant information.
The property is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment, however, the 2nd bedroom is very small and it's almost as part of the main room rather than a separated bedroom. Also, on our last day, the check out was at 11am but the cleaning team were told that we are leaving at 10am so they expected us to leave at 10am, after a short conversation we explained that we'll check out around 10.30am

Loved the location and the apartment was perfect for what you would need for a few nights in Paris
We were there during very warm weather. It was 38 degrees which meant the apartment was extremely warm. There was fans provided but it didn’t help much in the heat, however, I don’t think that level of heat is there much in Paris so in general it would be fine there
