The location was perfect — just an easy walk over the bridge to the old town, with a great view of Cochem Castle along the way. Our room was on the bottom floor across from the breakfast room, and it was surprisingly spacious. It even had a couch that looked like it could convert into a futon, easily enough for another person. The bathroom was great as well, and we appreciated having a refrigerator in the room.
For Americans who aren’t used to the typical German pillow, the room even had a more U.S.-style pillow style, which gave us a really good night’s rest. The beds itself were great.
Breakfast was really good. It had a classic German spread with Brötchen (hard rolls), fresh bread, a variety of cold cuts like ham and bologna, cheeses, jams, a different fruit cup each morning, and a boiled egg. Really good coffee! Parking at the house was another big plus.
The Wifi was not super great and a bit spotty, but we also didn't ask the hostess about it so that was on us.

De locatie;
-we werden vriendelijk ontvangen
- was super schoon
- mooie plek, rustig en dicht bij het centrum.
Parkeren niet bij de locatie. Met parkeerkaart van hostes konden we in doorgaande straat parkeren.
