Camera situata all’interno di un’abitazione privata divisa in due zone: la casa della proprietaria all’ingresso e le camere in una struttura situata posteriormente al primo piano. Camera ampia dotata di ventilatore e lavandino in camera. Ottima colazione indonesiana preparata dalla proprietaria (noi ne abbiamo usufruito solo una mattina poiché la successiva avevamo prenotato la visita all’alba a Borobodur)
Il lavandino era molto piccolo e non pulitissimo, inoltre la luce dello specchio non era funzionante. La struttura è un po’ fuori dal centro e raggiungere Jl Malioboro richiede 20 minuti a piedi a passo spedito

We spent three nights at this guesthouse, and everything was absolutely perfect.
The food was truly excellent and homemade, prepared by the host’s wife. We stayed on a full-board basis, and we actually looked forward to sitting down at the table for every single meal!
The host and his family are incredibly welcoming and friendly. He will do everything he can to make sure you have a wonderful stay, and he can also arrange excursions such as dolphin watching and snorkeling.
A big plus is that the rooms have air conditioning, and they can also arrange laundry service, which is very convenient.
We highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone looking for a warm, authentic and unforgettable stay!

Lovely owner. I arrived earlier and could leave my luggage in the guesthouse till check in. Also on my last day I could storage my luggage till the afternoon. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. Everyday they prepared a different typical breakfast.

Staff is attentive, polite and very kind.
Tasty local breakfast included, cooked by the hostess -very informative.
Good communication in English -in person and online.
The common areas are beautiful.
The bed was comfortable.
We could easily go to the train station and Malioboro from here.
The room has a "Java jasmine" scent that felt too strong.
The room was very humid. There's some mold on the walls.
The AC didn't work the last day (we stayed 3 nights, I'm rating from the additional one).
Thin walls. You can easily hear your neighbor.
