較偏自助式，衛浴較房間地板高一個以上的階梯，房間光照不足，隔音不佳，會受其他住客影響。

Value stay for Kyoto
No breakfast. Far from Kyoto Station. No shuttle service from hotel to Kyoto station.

The space was nice. Location was also good.
You have to do a lot on your own. It’s nice having extra towels readily available. Not many staff on duty.

Good price and located right next to the park with the old palace
Check in system is not good, can’t get inside the property to wait for check in because reception is not there had to wait ages to get inside.
