Llegamos el día 21/ 12 en 1er lugar la cabaña no era la que habíamos contratado . Es engañosa la publicación. Por otro lugar desde el día de nuestra entrada 21/12 al 24/12 no tuvimos agua para bañarnos ni ir al baño. Nos ofrecieron como solución un balde para sacar agua de un tanque que estaba ubicado en el exterior.. nos dijeron que era un problema de presión de agua del pueblo.. luego de 48 hs sin aportarnos ninguna solución fuimos a secretaría de turismo a elevar un acta por el mal servicio que nos otorgaron. En secretaría de turismo nos informaron que en el pueblo no había absolutamente ningún reporte de falta de presión o agua.. Hoy acabo de recibir un mail de modificación de reserva dónde en vez de poner que nos cobraron por 4 noches (,cuando la noche del 24/12 no la pasamos ahí ) decía que pasamos solo 1 noche. Por lo que me comunique con la app de Booking para denunciarlos por el pésimo servicio y pedir que modifiquen correctamente las fechas reales que estuvimos en la cabaña y me envíen. La factura correspondiente por los mismos días. Realmente nos sentimos estafados y hablando con gente local ya tenían mala reputación en su alojamiento.. un desastre en todo sentido. 0 recomendable.. nos sentimos maltratadas.

Our apartment was perfect for our 4 nights in El Calafate. There was plenty of space in the 2 bedrooms for our family of 4, comfortable and clean. Fabiana connected with me before our trip to ensure we had everything set with respect to transportation and excursions during our stay (and even awesome dinner reservations during). She was amazing, made us feel like family, and helped us to maximize our value of the trip by paying with cash for most things upon arrival. (greatly appreciated with the blue dollar rate). it is located a bit outside of El Calafate center but was not an issue as she arranged transport and a return with taxi was a minimal cost. And want to take a day trip to El Chalten? she arranged transport and we had an amazing day exploring! Highly recommend for anyone, but even moreso for someone who would benefit from a local ‘friend’ helping with every step.

Fabi the host was very nice and helpful, she helped us find better taxifor our next day and even after we left helped us in planning our trip

Fabi is a super host! Due to our traveling throughout La Patagonia got to her place passed check in time and she was waiting for us making sure we arrived safe. She is very informative during and after check in process; easy to communicate with her. Her place is very clean. We will stay at her place in the future.

Everything was great and she took care of us from the say we arrived til the day we left. Thank you so much.

Fabi and Dani were excellent hosts... beyond expectations... made us feel like family and look forward to hosting them if and when they visit Canada...
