It was close to Dau bus terminal, just 5min by tricycle. It is very convenient if you, like me, arrive at 3.30am in the morning and want to drop your bag (they don't allow you to check in early as they also have rooms they charge by the hour). It is good value for money if you just stay one night.
As a female solo traveller, I felt a little unsure if this was a hotel where people go from the red light district for a few hours and there were two guys who were a little over-friendly at 3.30am (one turned out OK the next day, the other offered to buy me breakfast after 1min of meeting me at 4am while I was waiting in the lobby for sunrise and shops to open which I found strange). The room was OK for a short stay but I would recommend the hotel to do some pest control in the rooms as the ants came in and were all over a plastic box of Skyflakes even though I had not opened it or eaten from it during my stay there, just had placed it on the desk overnight. Note, you have to sign that they charge you extra if you leave a "foul odour" in the room! :D
