Je déconseille cet établissement de par leur malhonnêteté.

La vue

Pas propre , et surtout nous avons dû payer une deuxième fois notre chambre hors que nous l'avions déjà honoré via Booking . Ils ont été insistant malgré leurs avoir montré via l'application que nous avions réglé notre chambre . C'est le seul endroit de notre séjour de 12 jours où nous avons eu ce genre de situation et pourtant nous avons changé de location tous les 2 jours

Nice view, a lot of options to book or rent directly at the hotel (e.g. a scooter, snorkeling equipment, tours, ...). Was a bit farther from the beaches, but also less touristic.

Breakfast option was not available although it was written there on booking. The additional options like rental were a bit overpriced, so you have to negotiate with the owner to get a reasonable price. Although overall the room was very clean we had a cockroach in the room. However, that can never be fully avoided by the hotel owner.

1 night no more.

On thé seaside. You can hear the ocean or drink locals. Probably it depends of your luck 🙂 Big bed, comfy matress. For 1 night it’s a nice option if not to sit it the room the whole of the time.

It’s dirty in general. The place required a good deep cleaning, especially bathroom. Pillows with black mold and smelly. Strong smell from pipes. Funny lazy receptionist: I asked for toilet paper, it was not on the room. And she didn’t bother even to bring it on the table, just dropped at reception desk.

Value for money

Good location right on the beach front. For the money was very good could not complain.

I left my shoes outside the door or our room before dinner went outside for dinner a couple hours later and they were gone. Very limited English by the workers

Exceptional

The room is comfortable and have a very nice view to the beach in the second floor. Location near with the beach and main road. Easy to find food

The bathroom don't have door. Only closed with curtain

No door to the bathroom, and not really a lot around. You need to drive a scooter if you stay in this location.

I'm digital nomad and wifi is not good. Although is in front of the sea you dont have acces to any beach. In fact beach is very far.

Large, comfortable and clean rooms. The staff really helped me, thank you very much.

The staff is great. I had forgotten something in the room and Putu personally came to the port before my boat left to return it to me. Unbelievable. The rooms are big and clean and very comfy.

Even though the beach is not beautiful you fall asleep listening to the sea.

The staff are very friendly. The owner is also very good. Rooms are very spacious as well as clean. The bathroom is also very clean.

It was ok on the rooms, but the toilet was quite small and messy, the shower and toilet were basically the same. Plus the area of Nusa where the hotel is, might not be the best one if you want to stay some days to visit and dive, it's better to stay closer to the port

It's closer to the ferry point

The staff was not available when we entered the property. We had to wait for a while. There was not proper information offered. Though asked for vehicles, the staff had no information. Food was not available. Look of the room from outside was decent but the facilities were horrible. There was no water in the washroom at any point of time. I had to go out and use the common washbasin. Water was also smelly and brownish in colour. Hot water was not available at any given point of time. Staff was not available to resolve this problem. For the whole night we couldn't sleep as people was talking and laughing loudly. Staff only knows how to give keys and nothing beyond that.

View was great. Location is right on beach. Easy to locate. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great view from the 1st floor n restaurant. Smooth check in n communication. Very calm and quiet location right on the beach.

Staffs were not much friendly. Only one guy was making breakfast in the morning. Breakfast options and amount were very meagure. There was no option for eating dinner. Bathroom has no doors only curtain. Surprising.....

Exceptional

This location is perfect. Close to the harbour, very close to the beach, good for sunsets. Nice view to Mt. Agung. I slept like a baby, so comfortable beds do they have. I never used the air conditioning because it’s fresh enough in the night. This place has everything you need. Warm water, WiFi is almost ok, enough space in the room and a bar/restaurant where you can order drinks and food for a good price. The Staff was always very helpful. I would come back again for sure. You can rent a motorbike for 70.000 IDR
