Ok for a short stay in Nusa

location convenient for the harbour (5 minutes away) for ferries to Sanur. Definitively need transportation to reach beaches and restaurants Helpful staff Room clean and functional

There was a bad smell of humidity across the room and on the towels provided. It put us a bit off about the property, which otherwise was good. Breakfast was fair but not exceptional. Poor choices at the bar

Great stay would definitely recommend people travelling to Nusa Penida to stay there

The location is fab and hardly 5 minute from sampalan harbour right in the main market…

Size of the room was bit small however for the cost it was great

I liked the pool and the room too. The hotel offers tour possibilities for a very razonable price.

It was raining a lot and the bathroom is open so it was a little bit annoying to use it.

Our room over looked the pool. That was lovely.

Pillows were way too big and no fan in room.

Exceptional

Very nice room and very good service. The manager tried his best to accommodate our requests. Breakfast included.

There is no point in booking the room with bathtub (the most expensive room) since there is no water pressure in the island and the hot water will only be enough for 50 or 60 liters.

Very lovely staff and very helpful. The place remains clean and is very well maintained.

The staff tried to make us pay extra then what was displayed for scooter rent

Great value for money, highly recommended!

Loved the welcome drinks, professional staff, clean big rooms with strong wifi and steady hot shower. The breakfast nasi goreng was so delicious! Also, there are nearby restaurants with good quality and affordable food.

The desserts variety and quality to be improved.

The location is good, staff is nice, bungalows are comfortable.

Staff barely speaks english, breakfast was a poor choice, and in the bathroom we found a cockroach, but its a outdoor bathroom so i guees it comes with it

Hidden Gem

I loved how the staff were so accommodating and willing to engage with us. It was easy to communicate with the staff, and if you had a concern, they were immediately ready to accommodate.the place is really beautiful and I will honestly go back as the hospitality we received was just phenomenal. If you coming from the closest Harbour no need to take a taxi, 10min walking distance and the walk there is fun.

A few small improvements - breakfast could be more appealing and prepared with more effort by giving guests more options to choose from.

it was a nice, quiet and calm place. the facilities were okay and the staff was welcoming. if you’re ever in nusa panida and want a quiet place this is it.

the water is salty at times and could use an extra layer of filtration.

clean pool and very nice rooms! free refills of water bottles. good WiFi and a calm place for relaxing.

the bathroom outside was not optimal during rain season and there were no place to hang the wet towel or some clothes in the room. some hooks would have been great.

clean rooms and a beautiful pool! staff was super kind and arranged transport for us. Good wifi! Possibility to refill water bottles for free.

The bathrooms are outdoors which is not optimal during the rain season. The pillows are super big and firm. There were no hooks inside to hang wet towels.

Great location close to the harbours. Nice beach across the road with a lovely reef for snorkelling. Italian restaurant next door is a must for dinner.

The room was clean and spacious. I really liked the bathroom and the shower. Welcoming drinks were nice. The area and the garden looked clean.

The breakfast was very limited and poor. For vegan people it is hard to get full only with two pieces of fruit. Other options are eggs and toast bread which I do not eat. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner- not that great. The tours offered from the hotel are a bit more expensive than the ones which we ordered at a different hotel at Nusa Penida. Although exactly same tour (snorkelling for example)

absolutely fantastic staff and property

loved this property. as soon as you walk through the boundary doors it is like an oasis. the grounds and pool areas are stunning. the property is very comfortable, and cleaned daily. the staff are beyond friendly and unbelievably helpful with booking excursions, etc. they make the stay even better. the restaurant next door is very handy and the food is great.

not a deal breaker as it’s part of the Bali experience but the bathroom is exposed to the elements so during torrential rain you get soaked just using the toilet.
