The location for this apartment was really good. Old Town, Beach, Restaurants etc were all walking distance.
The apartment itself had a functional kitchen / dining + large balcony with additional seating + views.
Two Bedrooms with comfortable beds.
Very comfortable large couch with a good sized mounted smart TV. Good Wi-Fi.
Bathroom was spacious with additional washing machine provided. Good water pressure.
The presentation and items from Nin around the household were a nice touch.
Parking space was very good. External noise from road outside was minimal to none.
Improvement required immediately in a couple of fields to upkeep the luxury tag.
Cleanliness: The floor had much dust and dirt accumulation which is visible on feet and socks. In-between couch cushions needed attention. Protruding plastic knife from couch cushion showed hadn’t been a clean for a considerable time.
Dust was frequent.
Unusual smell in bathroom, we just left the window open for the entire stay.
Additional pillows / blankets are required for main bedroom.
However the biggest concern was the towels. 100% could not be used. External towels were sourced. Current towels need to be disposed of pronto.
This apartment has very good potential but the host needs to refine certain things.

Sehr geschmackvolle Gestaltung der Wohnung, zentrale Lage, nahe der Altstadt und dem Salzmuseum. Ein sehr gute Serviceidee ist die Parkkarte für Nin und den Königinnenstrand. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit. Gern kommen wir wieder.
Die Hauptverkehrsanbindung nach Vir läuft derzeit vor der Haustür entlang. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse war dies störend. Sonst ist es nicht relevant gewesen, da die Fenster gut gedämmt sind. Zudem wird für die Zukunft an einer Verlegung der Straße um die Stadt gearbeitet.

Blízká vzdálenost od centra. Veliké plus je parkovací karta s možností parkování v celém Ninu.
Jediná nevýhoda může být pro někoho blízkost hlavní cesty, ale nás to nijak neobtěžovalo. V samotném domě je naprostý klid.

Great communication with the host, easy check in. Location is perfect, walking distance to Nin, short car ride to Zadar. Rooms are spacious enough, nice terrace with great view of the city, sea and the mountains. If opportunity shows, we will visit again.
