The location was great to get around. I would definitely recommend it for someone who wants to be close to Kampala CBD. Cleanliness standards were great. Loved the room service as well.
The TV was tiny and with no variety for entertainment. The room didn’t have refreshments but room service was on standby. Lastly, the shower head needs to be fixed 😊

First Thanks to all the staff the receptionist and the waitress for your kind services you were amazing people, the location of the hotel was ok for me because it was close to Kampala suburbs and close to the city Centre.
The security once stopped me to enter the hotel with my Water bottle, i was not happy about that ..i bought that water still new when i reached at the the security took my water, that wasn't good at all, another thing the TVs in the room aren't working well, other things were well repaired at some point
