Good location, close to train station and walking distance to all the restaurants and bars.
The step in the toilet it’s a bit dangerous. Risked to fall two times.

The room was clean, spacious, tasteful and modern. The landlady was very kind and she solved all the tiny issues very efficiently. Overall good value for the money.
The bed was a bit hard and it felt like a safehouse with endless number of keys to get in and also out. The breakfast consists in just a cup of coffee and an untasty cornetto in the bar in front, but paying extra one can get a nice sandwich, something we thought of later

Nice, big and fresh room with a great, furnished balcony.
Friendly staff giving good information.
Also we loved the coffee machine and the biscuits in the hallway.
A bit tricky to fint the correct door, but the owner replied rapidly on our request
Quite a lot noise from the street saturday evening, but in the middle of the city that is as expected.

Room is beautiful but wow is that bed hard. That is the hardest bed I have ever layed on. The staff was very nice and added a mattress cover to help but still, it was brutal. Otherwise the place is great.
Bed is insanely hard. I don’t know how they found a mattress like that.
