Las instalaciones, son muy tranquilas, limpias, ordenadas, se ve que están muy cuidadas. La habitación muy cómoda, silenciosa, se descansa muy bien. El personal es muy amable. Lo mejor es la ubicación, está fuera del centro de la ciudad, pero en 10 minutos se puede estar en la plaza principal del pueblo.
El café. No hay nada como despertar y empezar el día con un buen café, bien elaborado, de origen y natural. Eso no lo encontré en el hotel.

Très propre et bien situé
Le personnel était un peu dépassé car trop de monde a 14h dans le restaurant où nous avons dû aller chercher la clé. Nous avons manger sur place et c’était pas top la viande était insipide sans assaisonnement. Et pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre.

Localización muy céntrico y tranquilo
El hotel se quedó sin luz y sin agua caliente y el dueño no apareció al día siguiente ni realizó ninguna acción para poder arreglar el problema.

The building is beautiful and the room was clean and private but there were big problems that were not resolved.
There was some electrical issue that caused major problems:
-the room had a bright overhead light that was impossible to turn off, and because of the electrical issues, it flashed for the ENTIRE night, like a strobe in a disco. Impossible to sleep through it.
-there was no heat at all and I was freeeeezing all night
-no hot water either
-no wifi
-no electricity at all except for the flashing strobe light
-also, parking is NOT included as it says in the ad. It's 10 euros extra and you can forget about parking on the street. No available parking except the one that costs 10 euros.
In the end, after much discussion, they gave me a TEN euro discount for all of the above problems, and I still paid 48 euros to stay in a room that was freezing cold with no electricity or hot water. Completely horrible. The staff was super nice about it but the electrical issues made it so that I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. Seriously. And the "free breakfast" is just a cup of coffee, a very small juice, and a pastry.

Clean, comfortable room in a good location in this historic city. Breakfast was adequate with superb orange juice.
Extortionate parking charge of 10 Euros per night. Prices for Parking should be shown on the listing. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known the extra cost for parking

Good location and value. The room was in a shared living room where other guests were arguing really loud. Bar service just so so, breakfast great and the fact of having the living room was nice.

There is no onsite parking and the breakfast was rather limited (coffee/tea and croissant only)

Clean room, comfortable bed
Sadly the roof leaked in the hallway- loud dripping during a rainstorm. That roof should be repaired ASAP. (See pic of water bucket in hall).

The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was very comfortable with a large lounge area with tv, sofa and armchairs. WiFi was fast in our room. Extra bedding was available. Excellent value for money including breakfast. We didn't get to explore much due to bad weather and it was only an overnight stay.

A wonderful find, hotel has lots of charm, staff lovely, location excellent for bars but quiet, private secure parking paid and the room was the best we have stayed in this week. Will definately return to this hotel if we are passing

Location good and, as it's a budget hotel, you get what you pay for: clean but simple.
The breakfast was one of the worst I have had. Options: jam and bread, or jam and croissant. Do you do eggs / cheese - "No." No top ups of coffee and ingredients commercial.
Also parking tricky, you have to go through a labyrinth of one way streets. Signage or a simple map would have sorted.
