hotel is very nice, and clean, it has a nice local Thai atmosphere. the pool is beautiful and clean. the hotel was close to the bangrak peer and the airport which suited my needs.
there is not much to do on a walking distance, if you want to get to fisherman's village or to other main areas you need to take a taxi or other transportation metod.

Nice pool, friendly bar staff. Close to temples.
Location is not great. Bed was very hard. Our room had a fan in one room and air con in the bedroom. The property is very “quirky” it feels like a film set. The front of house and reception staff we not friendly, unhelpful and slightly rude. I had an outstanding bill to pay before checkout. The night before at 22:30 the called my room to remind me to pay it which I found strange.

Nice restaurant and pool area, room was clean and comfortable.
The room is quite dark, expensive for what you get.

Pool area was nice
Terrible showers, unclean rooms and outdoor areas (had a private pool that was just full of leaves), rude staff, very run down. Saw a rat crawling around our bathroom.
