This was the perfect location for us, easy to get to the beach and old town. The staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

We stayed in this ground-floor apartment as two guests.
On the **positive side**, the air conditioning worked very well. During the Spanish summer, good air conditioning is essential, and in this respect the apartment was absolutely reliable. The location is also convenient, with **ALDI very close by and the beach area within easy reach**.
It is a **small apartment in a typical traditional Spanish setting and style**, with compact rooms of the kind commonly found in older Andalusian and Spanish buildings. This certainly has its own character, but for two people accustomed to modern living standards, we found the space simply too confined. Over a ten-day stay, this became increasingly uncomfortable.
There was **no cleaning service**, and the small kitchenette was rather poorly equipped, which made a longer stay less convenient.
Being on the ground floor was another disadvantage for us. The windows face a side street with quite a lot of pedestrian traffic, so people regularly walk directly past the apartment. This considerably reduces the feeling of privacy.
One of the most irritating aspects, however, was the **main entrance door of the building**. It is heavy and was repeatedly allowed to slam shut. After a while, we could practically recognise individual residents by the sound of them closing the door. For a ground-floor apartment, this constant noise became quite noticeable.
**Conclusion:**
In our opinion, this apartment is suitable for a few days if you are mainly looking for a simple place to sleep, or perhaps for one person who spends most of the day outside. For two people and a longer stay, we found it too small, too basic and ultimately rather uncomfortable.
However, the available space has been used very well, making the most of the apartment’s limited dimensions.
## Suggestion for Improvement
The extremely loud and disruptive main entrance door should definitely be improved. It is a heavy metal door, and whenever someone allowed it to slam shut, the impact could be felt throughout the building — at times, it seemed as though the whole house vibrated.
Another point concerns the electronic access system. The entrance could only be opened electronically.
