Excepcional!!

Sin dudas que tanto las habitaciones como la locación fueron excelentes, pero sobre todo valoro la buena predisposición de Stephane que estuvo en todo momento ayudándonos en todo!! Altamente recomendable y sin dudas voy a volver algun día!!

Great experience in historical property

Beautiful old building in medieval Tourette. Lovely big apartment, very tastefully decorated to highlight the historic nature of the property

The stairs are steep, so only for the able bodied

We had a wonderful stay at Carpe Diem! The apartment is beautiful and feels like a real home from home. Tourettes sur loup is by far the most beautiful village we saw during our time on the Côte d’Azur and it was a privilege to be able to stay in the village. Thank you to Stephane for an excellent stay!

Superb

There are two sets of stairs to climb but Stephanie very willingly helped with our luggage. Even met us in the parking lot ☺️

Relaxed, lovely room with view to feast your eyes on.

The room was lovely and the terrace was a must have, with wonderful views out over the hills and down to the sea. The host is VERY chilled and relaxed - he didn't greet us at the property but we did see him the day after at the local cafe! His communication was excellent though so we didn't feel abandoned! I am so glad we decided to get the room with the terrace. Sitting outside for breakfast or the sunset with a glass of wine is just perfect! Being at the top it was quiet - we knew other people were staying, but only heard them from the hallway door.

Be warned - the stairs to the top floor are STEEP. No good if you have lots of things to carry or a push chair. There were teabags in the room and a coffee maker but no mugs or spoons. Also, as there was no breakfast, we ended up having to buy picnic spoons and bowls as we didn't want to just have to go to the bakery for pastries (lovely though they are). The TV didn't work, but we weren't bothered about that. We did only see our host once, so if you like to feel like there is always someone there, then perhaps this would be too relaxed for you.

Nice and spacious room with cosy terrace

Nice, spacious and clean room and bathroom! The terrace was great with a nice view on the hill. Contact with the host was perfect, Stephane was very friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect in the center of Tourrettes-sur-Loup. Parking places are nearby (free parking as well as an inexpensive parking super close).

The stairs up to the room were quite steep but that was not really a problem!

Tourettes sur Loup is a magnificent place, with superb food and Carpe Diem is very good value for money.

Spacious rooms nicely decorated in a medieval village

The owner was really helpful however basic amenities should be provided without asking ie towels, toilet paper etc

Fabulous stay would definitely recommend

Very impressed with both the location and the accommodation. The rooms are done out to a high standard and ideal for families

Only down side not really great for older people as stairs very steep

Superb

Stephane was very good at communication and spoke English. Fast on the phone to guide us. Met us at the parking place, told us where to park free, took two heavy luggage and carried them to the apartment up the steepe staircase. Tips about restaurant and shopping. Large terrace with nice view.

the bathroom was too small, the shower has no curtain so the water goes on the floor there was only 1 towel per person

great, calm visit, amazing local food

Loved the location, amazing views, and little touches like verbena tea

not a huge dislike, and of course due to the time of the year we visited, the property got pretty cold at night. aircon was working. just something perhaps for travellers visiting outside of season

Given the location, this was expected But the incredibly steep stair case up to the room.

Perfect stay in this gorgeous little town

The room is spacious, the balcony very private and nice, the location perfect. The bed is large and the extra room is nice to have. Thanks Stéphane for the restaurant tips. We had a great mini holiday. Would highly recommend!

Nothing, its perfect! If you have a hard time walking stairs it’s maybe not suitable for you. For us it was not a problem.

just be aware of the steep stairs but that's the local architecture and it was fine for us!
