The property is very nice and comfortable. It was a great place. The beach Is Traias is one of the most beautiful beaches we've seen in all Sardinia. On the right side of the beach there are stones which continue to see and in see on them is seaweed on which is a very very rich life - full of fishes - best for snorkeling! You can bring your own umbrella or rent an umbrella there.
Incredible clean water between Cagliari and Villasimius - very nice beaches all on the cost.
We visited Cagliari. To see the beautiful cost between Cagliari and Villasimius you should use the road SP17 road (navigation will try to drive you through a longer road SS).

The apartment was very clean, not so far from the beach. The owner is very kind person. She provided detailed information about the location, places to eat, etc. Very good price - value ratio.
I would appreciate location closer to Porto Giunco, but that is just preference. No real negatives found.

La posizione a 5 min a piedi dalla bella spiaggia di is trias. La vista mare. Parcheggio comodo e vicino. L’accoglienza e disponibilità della proprietà’ eccellente . Particolare ringraziamento ad Alessia . Bello il Patio esterno con doccia. Casa fresca con aria condizionata ma solo nel piano alto e comunque molto silenziosa. Letti comodi . Molto Comoda la zona lavanderia con lavatrice . Piccolo servizio nella camera matrimoniale e’ un plus !
Casa trascurata nelle piccole manutenzioni. Bocca di lupo e finestra camera matrimoniale con molta sporcizia. Tenda alla doccia non si può guardare . Seconda cameretta al piano seminterrato calda e soffocante raffrescata da un vetusto ventilatore.La casa è molto piccola adatta per solo per due/tre persone . Mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre . Tavolo per mangiare solo esterno . Cucina minuscola . Rapporto qualità prezzo appena sufficiente . Sedie esterne scomode e scricchiolanti
