Location
Staff are not helpful all I had to wait for 2 hours to get my room, I booked a family suite unfortunately this option was not available they gave me two single bed rooms, and I had to wait for two hour two get the rooms

Room were nice and confortable.
One of the staff didn't one word in English, which is surprising considering that hotel recibe international guests all the time.
And the other thing is that we have a pay use the swimming pool which in most hotels are included.

Location is close to airport, 4km
Reception staff totally uninterested in helping you, room was dirty, hairs on the sheets, room was very tired and old. RM 617.
The shuttle bus that they offer is only from the hotel to airport, but they don't really want to give it, I had to demand it
