Staff were amazing especially Chetan at the front desk. Room was comfortable.
As long as you are ok staying out of central Sur. The hotel is about a km away which is fine if you have a car.

The rooms are spacious. More spacious than they look in the pictures. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very attentive to specific requirements. There were parts of the hotel which were under maintenance but whatever part was accessible was maintained well. The parking space is ample but in case of rush days, you might have to walk 50-60 meters from the last parking space available till the hotel entrance. The location of the hotel is within 15-20 minutes drive of most of the places that you might want to explore within the city. The Ayjah Castel, Corniche, Old Souq, City Center, Fatah Al Khair, etc. are all within very close range from the hotel. Omanoil petrol station is very close to the hotel in case you need to refuel before departing for any far off location.
The rooms have enormous windows to give a very beautiful view of the city, the coastline, but the window panes need cleaning more regularly considering the hotel is such a location that there is constant wind and sand in the air getting deposited easily on the window panes. If it could be managed to clean regularly, it would give an amazing experience every time you would pull the curtains.
