The room was fine, Wi-Fi worked well, bed was comfortable, a good value for money,
I would have given a better review, but on the day of checkout I was rudely woken up at 8am from loud banging on my door. I recognized the guy when I opened the door because I saw him sleeping on the floor. I believe he is part of the hotel staff, if not then I apologize for the mistake. I couldn't understand a word he was saying, my guess is he was telling me its check out day.
I got angry at him for waking me up and then he just left. I was unable to fall back to sleep after this, not a nice way to begin the day. Check out time is listed as 12pm, so it makes no sense why anyone should be banging on my door before that, especially not 4 hours before! This is very rude, bad customer service and I hope someone talks to this guy.
The other staff members were polite to me, the only issue I had was with this guy.
