It's an excellent property for a short stay for a couple or small family.

Parking and location.
Not suitable for 2 Adults and 2 kids house is one small bedroom and drawing room is very samll too

comfort and cleanliness
the location is not close to city centre/shopping mall and I needed blender to cook some dishes. Also if toilet cleaning things can b provided for one to wash the toilet if need be. Also make the bed before visitors arrive please.

Only two bin liners, ¼ bottle of detergent, one little hand wash soap provided for 20+ days stay with 3 people, absolutely inadequate. Property managment contacted but refused to provide more liners. Property is dirty and dusty anywhere. The only good is the Wifi provided by Virgin Media. If you want a clean and comfort, don’t stay here.

The house was bigger than what was shown in the ad and it was located in a very quiet area. It had a big kitchen and a nice fridge and machine washing.
The owner could simply improve the quality of the house with very small changes. For example, the bed was very uncomfortable as it had a very annoying indentation in the middle, or the bathroom was not very clean and there were problems with tubing such that the water was not moving very well and once it stuck. Moreover, there was a very dirty curtain in the bathroom and the shower was broken.

Far from the city centre but located close to train station and bus stop into the centre so easy to travel into. Good kitchen, good wifi. Bed was nice

Booked and paid for 6 people and the flat can only fit 4. This meant we had to spend more money to buy mattresses and other items for all of us to fit in. The fridge was dirty with hardened spills of milk inside and dusty on top. Bedsheets seemed to have been used, not clean and there were stains on both pillow cases and bedsheets. One of the bedside lamps and had red stains that looked like blood.

Neither toilet paper or hand wash were provided which caused a certain degree of inconvenience upon arrival after a lengthy journey but once that hurdle had been been overcome, with thanks to the Tesco around the corner, the premises proved comfortable
