Excellent support and amazing location!
I arrived quite late and was extremely tired and lost due to jet lag, but Alex was incredibly supportive and stayed with me until I was safely inside and settled in properly. His kindness and patience really made a difference after such a long journey.
Even on Sunday, when they normally don’t work, Alex was still so helpful in sorting out the Wi-Fi issue and making sure everything was okay. I truly appreciated the extra effort and care.
The location is amazing, with plenty of food options, easy transport, and everything you need nearby. I would highly recommend staying here — especially because of the wonderful support and hospitality!

Only 2 train stations from Dianeyland. Located in Bussy - Saint George and Disney is in Marne la Valee station. 15 minutes if you choose Uber.

Location is good.
Beds are comfortable.
Check-in is from 18:00 and check-out is as early as 11:00 this combination is simply unacceptable. If you arrive late at night, you barely get any rest before having to wake up early and complete the host’s cleaning checklist. The instructions sent by the host didn’t even match the actual setup I had to search around the apartment just to find the keys to the garage parking.
The apartment offers no basic comforts or hospitality at all: no coffee, no kettle, nothing. If you want coffee or tea, you’ll need to buy your own. Worse, there are notes posted around the apartment demanding that guests do half the cleaner’s job before leaving taking out the trash, running the dishwasher, etc. There are even printed explanations trying to convince guests to leave a 5-star review, which is ironic since the place doesn’t even deserve 3 stars for comfort or hospitality.
This apartment works only as a place to crash for one night nothing more. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for any kind of welcoming or comfortable stay.
