Situated just 100 meters from the water in peaceful natural surroundings at Vemmingbund, this well-maintained 50-square-meter holiday home offers lovely views across fields, a lake, and meadows, with a tranquil stream running along the back garden. Located just a short five-minute walk from one of Denmark's most child-friendly sandy beaches, the property combines scenic seclusion with convenient access to local dining, minigolf, and kiosks (3 km). Inside, the inviting layout features a living room equipped with a radio and TV with German channels. The functional kitchen area includes an electric cooker, fridge with a freezer compartment, cooker hood, and coffee maker. Accommodating up to four guests across two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds), the home also features a full bathroom with a shower and toilet. An energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round. Outdoors, guests can enjoy all-day sunshine in total privacy on the 400 m² natural plot. Features include a private terrace, a garden grill, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
