Lovely setting, just outside Bradford on Avon, but walkable distance to the town. The rooms are a little on the small side, but beautifully presented and include everything you might need. The host and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. The breakfast was wonderful, with good choices and quality ingredients, almost certainly sourced locally. The grounds are extensive which for dog owners like us was just what we needed. The site is secure, as are the rooms, with adequate parking for the number of guests that visit the site. We would have liked a little more room, but nevertheless more than adequate for our five day stay.

Not the properties issue really, but the local pub we were expecting to eat in regularly, was not up expectations, requiring longer walks in the evening along the canal to find one of the better eateries in the town.

Breakfasts really good. Accommodation comfortable and pleasing. Premises overall is very nice. Situation is lovely. Working owners are nice, friendly and nice people. Overall some small things but nothing of note and reasonably good value. Close to Bradford ( suggest use public car park my canal / marina which is very nice and which allows for easy access to facilities like Tithe Barn and Craft Workshops, through parkland and onto terraces with nice churches and into town.

Mirror light in shower room/ WC operates on main Wc light-switch which has be to be switched on full for night use. Position of shower room / WC is adjacent to bed and so disruptive when fold access doors are open. Mirror light with switch already on it could be used for minimal lighting Really nothing else, so not a deal breaker.
