Everything. Unlike majority of other properties, this one was equipped with a very thoughtful consideration. Absolutely amazed with how this property is managed. On top of that, its just 3-5 min away from railway station, and bus 2 min away from bus stops and surrounded by groceries stores and restaurants.

Location is great, next to train station and main bus routes. Near by two foodstores, couple of pubs, bakery and Indian restaurant. Short walk to city centre. Well equipt and balcony big plus. Neighborhood is pretty quiet even a lot of student flats, but security keeps good control.
Apartment was super hot, but after turning heating off room temperatute came down to reasonable level.

Lovely compact living space and modern area. Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Good spot for a short stay.
The heating was on full whack no matter how many times we reset the thermostat which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The shower head was also loosely connected to the wall as the screws had clearly come out of the wall. Not great value for what we paid but overall an okay stay :)

The location was brilliant, train station only a minute away, lots of choices for morning coffees and buses/ubers to take us into town.
The flat was very clean and the kitchen very well equipped (though we didn't cook anything) The balcony was lovely to sit out on. The neighbourhood felt very safe.
I queried the free parking as there were signs all over saying we needed a residents permit to park where we were advised to, when I spoke to the host they said we didn't need one but I wasn't very reassured. The host said they would pay any tickets we might get. In the end we didn't get a ticket. Parking spot was very tight.
There were a number of plug in air fresheners in the studio flat which I unplugged when we arrived, the smell was cloying.
The main issue was the sleeping arrangements. The property advertised a pull-out sofa bed, but there was no sofa bed in the apartment. Instead, there was a fold-up cot bed stored in a cupboard. As the property is a studio, space was already limited. With a table, four chairs, a sofa, and a coffee table in the room, there was no obvious place to set up the cot for a third adult.
I spoke to the host, who said the website did not provide an option to distinguish between a sofa bed and a cot bed. However, these are very different facilities and should be described accurately.
As a result, we had to book a hotel room for the third adult, which costs the same amount as the apartment and doubled our accommodation spend for the 2 days we were in Cambridge.
Overall, we were not impressed and felt the listing was misleading.
