The location is perfect, especially for cycling. The apartment really great, is surrounded by vineyards and offers beautiful views of the mountains. The owner is very friendly and helpful. River is few steps away.
I would recommend providing some basic kitchen essentials, such as salt, oil, and other simple cooking ingredients that guests may need for staying on long term basis. However, truly believe if you reach out to owner, she will help with everything.

good communication, ease of access to the river, functioning kitchen, a fan was supplied, you can eat your meals outside and look at the nature, quiet area
there was no AC (but it was managable without it), no SALT and oil in the kitchen, at least the salt should be a staple
