The location.
No clear info about the stairs, no kettle in the room and generally the pictures gave me a pretty different impression of the accommodations.
I invited a couple of friends over 65 and going up the many stairs with luggage was very difficult

I had a very pleasant stay at Wood House. The place is very clean and cosy, and the location is very central, right in the middle of the Old Town, close to everything you need, restaurants, grocery stores, and sights.
Communication with the host was very good. They responded quickly, and the instructions were very helpful.
I really enjoyed my time in Brașov, and I will definitely return to Wood House.
As the property is located on a busy pedestrian street, there can be some noise in the evening. However, I was aware of this beforehand, and it didn’t bother me much. Keeping the windows closed kept the noise to a minimum.

In the center of everything! It is comfortable and a good price. The staff communicates well. There is a coffee machine and a microwave and a nice area to quietly enjoy your cup of coffee! There is a little fridge in the room.
Some might not like that it is on a busy pedestrian street, but I was actually surprised at how early the noise stopped. You do need to carry your bags into a pedestrian area and bring it up about half a flight of stairs…not a problem for me or most people, but it would be a challenge for somebody who has mobility issues.

The location
The stairs, there should be a mention of the stairs in the hotel description. It was very hard for us to take the stroller up and down the stairs. There were stains on the bedsheets, and the fitted bedsheet did not fit the mattress.
