המטבח מאובזר. ויש הענות בוואטסאפ לכל בעיה
המזגן פעמיים התקלקל, פעם נזל ופעם הפסיק לעבוד יש לציין שהגיעו מיד לתקן אבל שידאגו לתשתית כדי שלא יקרה, כי בחופשה לא בא לי להתעסק עם זה ונאלצתי להישאר בדירה עד שיתקנו ולשנות תוכניות.
והערה חשובה, שיסדרו ליד המיטה גם בצד שפונה לדלת שקע למטען!!!אין!!! ושידה לשים דברים אין!!! יש רק בצד השני שצמוד לקיר, וחבל שכך!!!! שמתי כסא שלקחתי מבחוץ....רציתי דווקא לישון בצד מול הדלת!! היה יותר נוח יותר מרחב כי גם כך החדר קטן.
ולשים שולחן קטן ליד הספה בסלון אין כלום..הייתי נאלצת לשים כסא שלקחתי מפינת האוכל. אם יסדרו את כל זה הדירה ממש תהיה מושלמת.
עוד הערה, הפקידים בלובי ממש לא איכפת להם מכלום לא עוזרים בכלום התירוץ תפני לבעל הבית..אז בשביל מה הם שם ?? ואין שם שמירת חפצים!!! שרציתי ואמרו אין!!

В принципе все понравилось, бассейн без хлорки вообще супер
Ну если придираться, то 4 полотенца на троих, было маловато, но хорошо что была стиральная машина. Мебель на балконе старенькая, грязная и не удобная. Сейф физически был , но не работал, сказали не для пользования.

The location. One of the other apartments owner tried to help he was very nice.
Almost everything.
We arrived the room was not ready. It was supposed to be ready by 3:00, but it was ready around 5:00, the owner did offer to check out later, but that didn’t really help we have children they were all tired u till we entered and settled it the sun was about to set and we didn’t get to enjoy swimming the first day,
The cleanliness, the building was awful, dust everywhere, broken furniture, dirty glass, the pool glass was disgusting, the trash hasn’t been removed since days it stinked, , bottom floor to enter the pool had no AC, the bathrooms were not working,
The apartment we took it was okay, no dust or dirty windows, but it had a very strong audor of humidity and the there were not enough covers for the pillows or the covers, and the pillows and covers were dirty,
The guy at the Reciption didn’t really try to help, he even said we are not allowed in the lobby because it’s not a lobby, but we had no place to go and he said to wait at the bottom floor were it was so dirty and it was so hot with no air conditioning, to be honest from our worst experiences in Eilat and we come every year since the past six years .
