Very good location, public transport and city attractions are easily accessible in a short time. The breakfast places on the corner are above average. In a busy intersection, but with well-insulated windows.
A small technical problem with the front door, but it didn't cause a big problem,

Location
Noise from trams all night. Traffic noise make sleeping downstairs unsuitable should only be 2 person apartment
Unpleasant smell. Bath mat dirty needs changing
