La ubicación. Una persona encargada del aseo, fue amable en recibirnos, y fue util su apoyo en escribirnos en WhatsApp, para coordinar la llegada.
La comunicación con Halldis.com como empresa intermediaria entre Booking y el huésped estuvo lenta o sin respuesta. Se informo de un problema en la ducha del apartamento Margherite. Lo logramos resolver. Decían que atendían en horas de oficina.
Tampoco encontramos instrucciones del sitio de donde disponer las basuras en el edificio. Sugiero que el propietario del apartamento deje informacion escrita para facilitar la estadía y entender el manejo de servicios.
El aire acondicionado no se pudo apagar en horas que estuvimos por fuera. Ademas no se pudo graduar el frio y eeto afectó a una persona. Esto influye que el apartamento sea muy costoso por el consumo de energía.

Appartamento di ristrutturazione recente, ben arredato, pulito e posizionato benissimo in pieno centro a Milano.
Ottimo anche il servizio di contatto pre check in e post check out.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο καθαρό άνετο για ένα ζευγάρι με ένα παιδί κοντα σε όλα ,σούπερ μάρκετ καφέ πάρκινγκ και στο κέντρο με τα αξιοθέατα ήταν τέλειο ευχαριστούμε

The apartment itself is excellent. It is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is also very convenient. Once we finally got inside, we really enjoyed our stay and felt that the apartment was worth the price.
Our check-in process was not satisfactory. We arrived at 6:30 PM, but there was nobody available to let us into the apartment. The phone was not answered, and we only received an automatic message on booking.com stating that they work until 6:00 PM. (There was no such information before our arrival)
As a result, my mother, my 6-year-old daughter, and I were left standing on a very narrow street with three large suitcases and nowhere to go. Fortunately, there was a small three-star hotel directly across the street, and they happened to have one last room available with two tiny beds, where we spent the night.
The next day, after finally reaching the host, they indicated they were not aware of our arrival, even though the stay had already been charged and we had completed the online check-in that they sent us in advance.
They refunded one night’s stay, but this was less than the cost of the hotel we had to book. We appreciated the refund, but given the situation, we would have expected a more detailed apology or an additional gesture of goodwill.
The apartment is wonderful—but only if you are able to access it.
