A small cozy room in a great central location in Nha Trang. I couldn't have asked for better value for money!

Room 102 was great. For the price I paid for one night, it offered more than I expected compared to other places. I was initially worried about the window right next to my bed facing the staircase, thinking noise from passing guests might disturb my sleep—but it turned out to be surprisingly well soundproofed. Overall, it’s a great homestay with friendly staff.
In the morning, there was no electricity—I was told it’s scheduled from 6 AM to 1 PM, which was a bit frustrating. I also would’ve appreciated a designated spot to store shoes, and the TV didn’t work either. Still, these were minor issues and didn’t affect my stay too much.

Nice walkable central location close whilst being away from the busy centre. Lots of places nearby for groceries, cafes and restaurants.
Large clean room that was perfect for our one night stay. Great communication from host prior to arrival
There was quite a lot of street noise as we were on the first floor. There were also glass bricks that were by the door into the internal staircase that let quite a lot of light into the room all night as the lights remained on
