The pension is within walking distance to Seongsan Ilchulbong (and many eateries) with unblocked view of the sea and sunrise. Within walking distance is the Sian Restaurant that serves fabulous cafe food and beverages.
A bigger bed would be more comfortable for two persons and improve the inconspicuous entrance to the pension. It is easy to miss the small road leading to the pension, especially at night.
We were unable to use Naver Map to navigate to the pension using the listed address, name or telephone number of the pension. Recommend non-Korean visitors to write to the pension to confirm their address prior to travelling to Korea.

Good location. Although very close to the main streets of the town, the area by the hotel is quiet. Nice view of the ocean as well. Very large room, equipped with a kitchenette.
The room/facility is very rural Korean, so if looking for "western" comfort, it can be challenging. There's no elevator - lugging our bags to/from the 3rd floor was not easy. The queen-sized bed was shoved against the wall, difficult for the person inside to get in/out of bed. We had to take off our shoes at the entrance.

Super nice ladies running the guesthouse. They fall over themselves trying to please. Limited English but they make themselves well understood. Great little apartment. Bit out of town but the constellation prize is the view.

Fantastic view over the ocean. Quiet location right on the edge of the Seongsan's restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to everything including a morning walk up Seongsan's Ilchulbong. Clean, roomy and comfy with a Kitchenette if you choose to hear some noodles yourself.
No lift so 2 flights of stairs to climb with luggage, is a little workout, as it's climbing them after your morning walk.
