L'installation de la chambre en étage, la literie est excellente, le ménage très bien fait.
L'accueil parfait de Yannis le directeur et de ses équipes, toujours aux petits soins
Un peu bruyant le soir en fonction des hôtes car la partie bar est en dessous
le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être plus varié et plus local, avec des oeufs frais, idem confitures et de l'expresso (car pas de café autre que classique et pas de thé) quand on reste plusieurs jours, on sature un peu

My sister in law and I just returned from Ilha Grande and Pousada Tropical and had an amazing stay. Right from the pick up on the jetty, where we also picked up a new staff member, Octavo, who was amazing all the time, we were warmly welcomed and helped. The staff carrying and helping with suitcases and boat tours made all the difference. Warm smiles always, Dani the manager is excellent and we enjoyed the food and drinks. We loved the family atmosphere and only wished we could have stayed longer. We think Octavo will be a great asset.
Nothing we didnt like only a slight language misunderstanding over cleaning the room, but otherwise it was a 10 in everything! Thank you!!

Non è sulla spiaggia come altri ma comunque la posizione è comoda
Le camere al piano terra sono un grande no: sporche, brutte e spoglie (non hanno phon, un tavolo dove appoggiarsi, sapone nella doccia).
