Location was good,quiet. Easy access to rooms. This is my 3rd time staying here.
The toilets!! The floor was not angled properly so water tended to pool in some areas of the floor making it wet all the time. In the shower area water doesn’t run off properly so you’re basically showering standing in a pool of water. The floor was dirty as i could see the mold coming from between the tiles floating in that shower area. The shower unit also didn’t really provide hot water, only lukewarm. Water pressure for the shower was low compared to the pressure from the bidet. Not good as it’s possible to create a new hole in my bottom. This issue is not only for this room but all 3 of the rooms which i have stayed in. Cleanliness is an issue. Management should take steps to improve. Should provide more pillows too as the ones given were too soft.

The bed was really comfortable and it was nice to be by the sea.
I had emailed days earlier about a room change and was assured it would be fine only to arrive at check-in to find the staff had no idea about it. I told them I was in a rush because I worked online and was due to start soon and they neglected to tell me the internet wasn't working which resulted in me losing a number of classes and part of my weekly income. The internet was not fixed while I stayed there. I paid for breakfast but only went once as it was not great. The "hot" food such as rice, boiled eggs and noodles looked great but had gone cold, there was only white bread and what little remained of the fruit had flies on it.
