We stayed here for 2 nights but first one we went to Bromo so we didn't actually slept there. The hotel it's nice and since it's the talles building in the area it has great views!
The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbours a lot when we were trying to sleep.

Staff were so helpful and kind, loved every minute of that. Bed was very comfy but that’s a personal preference, different for everyone. Reasonably quiet at night, obviously can’t do much about the traffic so all and all, brilliant value.
Not that I’m bothered but if there was any areas of improvement it would be the slight cracking on the walls, not saying every room has it but mine did, but honestly not bothered,

The location, and the room was very spacious!
Nothing in particular.

The suite was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was also perfectly fine
Unfortunately, the room had a strong smell of damp and mould, which was particularly unpleasant in the bathroom. There was very poor ventilation, the windows could not be opened, and visible mould was present on the bathroom door and in the corners of the walls. The toilet and sink also appeared poorly cleaned, with noticeable limescale and discolouration. The mattress, sofa and carpet had visible stains as well. Overall, the lack of ventilation seems to contribute significantly to the persistent damp smell and the condition of the room.
