Accommodation was just what i needed, The patio with the views and chairs was a breath of fresh air.
Staff were very accommodating and had a passion for what they did.
Breakfast was really good
Windows were open when we arrived and lights were switched on and this invite the bugs to fly around the room.

Lovely guesthouse with (if you stay on the first floor) endless views. Central in Elgin. Easy to get everywhere. Great service. Would definitely go here again!

The room was lovely and it had a great patio with a stunning view of the apple orchard and mountains. All the facilities in the room were wonderful. The breakfast staff was very friendly.
We couldn’t sit on the patio however because they were spraying the orchards right outside our rooms with insecticides. It was unpleasantly noisy. When I complained to the manger/owner she just shrugged it off. It went on till 9pm. Ruined our evening and we almost left.
