What a great pleasure it was to stay at the Hoianese Heritage Tranquil Hotel. It is evident from the moment you arrive that the staff have a great pride and love for their job and especially for Hoi An and that they really want to share this with their guests. A half day city cultural tour is included with your stay and I highly recommend this as a great way to learn some of the history and familiarize yourself with the Old Town. There are several other group activities on offer such as the Cooking Class, Bike Tour and Food Tour based on traditional cultural ways. The 200 year old heritage hotel building retains an authentic charm and is in an excellent location within 50 meters of the river, close to the markets and yet somehow remains totally tranquil. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed with loads of pillows, high quality linen and fluffy towels. The staff were always bright and attentive and so helpful with advice on things to see, places to eat, shopping, tailors, spas and culture shows. Thank you so much to everyone who made me feel so welcome as it says on the back of your book you helped me go beyond the lanterns and the yellow walls and discover a tiny bit of the soul of Hoi An.

We booked a very spacious room, it was lovely and quiet, and in a very good location - close enough to the Old quarter but in a quieter area.

The custumer service and the welcoming acttittute of the staff and the location.
I ask for a nice view room and where sent to the end of the house the room was nice but a bit dark.

Staff members really made this place - Ivy, Sunny and Min. Very helpful, informative & generally delightful. The complimentary walking tour around town with Cindy was excellent. Easy walk into town. The room was nice enough and having a little balcony was nice too.
A little overpriced for pretty basic lodging and not the fault of hotel but neighbours dog barked consistently each morning.
