This was a last minute booking and we were certainly glad we chose Ru Boutique. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t do enough to help us. The food in the restaurant was amazing. They left beautiful towel creations on our bed, which the kids loved. The hotel itself is very conveniently located for Kandy centre and is a gorgeous colonial building. All the decor was beautiful.

The staff here are amazing. Such a warm heart and desire to look after you. Very kind decorating of our room to celebrate our honeymoon.
The facilities let down the hotel. It’s not 5*, more like 3*. The lobby area is cool and botique but our suite room was tired, needed a refurb to meet the standard they aim to. The evening staff were loudly on their phones when we chilled in the bar.
