O café da manhã e o atendimento foram bons. A pousada é muito aconchegante e muito bem decorada. A hidromassagem é ótima. Localização no melhor lugar de Cabo Frio.
A comunicação da equipe precisa melhorar pois fomos acordados sem termos solicitado. O late check-out que solicitamos não foi transmitido para a recepção. Fomos alertados sobre o horário de saída normal. A piscina poderia ser mais limpa e climatizada. Quanto ao estacionamento sugiro colocarem um serviço de valet ou trabalhar em parceria com um estacionamento próximo a pousada.

Location, food and property grounds. Amazing breakfast and food in the cafe. Rated the cafe 5/5 on google because i really do think it was very good.
The first impression was amazing – welcome cakes, fruit and a clean-looking room. Unfortunately, once we returned in the evening, there was a very strong damp and mouldy smell in the room. We asked to change rooms, but the second room had the same issue. The furniture showed signs of humidity damage, with cracked and swollen surfaces, and there were visible spots on some walls.
The management was also quite pushy. Shortly after booking, we were repeatedly asked to cancel the Booking.com reservation and book directly. During our stay we received a large number of WhatsApp messages with offers, links, questionnaires, requests for reviews and suggestions to extend our stay. We were also asked to provide a selfie for the facial recognition entry system, but it never worked for us. Several times we had to ring the bell and wait for someone to let us in. Overall, the hotel looks great at first glance, but the room condition and constant messaging negatively affected our stay.
