The cottage was well equipped aside from a few points I have detailed above. The beds were comfortable, although slightly soft for our liking. Kitchen and bathrooms were new and modern which was nice. Street parking was easy.
The only things that were missing was dishwashing liquid, which should be provided considering there was a sign to wash all glasses and not use the dishwasher and I would have expected more than 1 roll of toilet paper to be provided for 4 people over 4 days. The cleaner barged in on the last day at 10am (check out time) when we thought our check out time was later. Cottages.com were very good confirming a later check out time, however the cleaner wanted to start cleaning the bedrooms whilst our things were still in there … which was ridiculous and he was very rude. This left us quite sour at the end of our stay.
