Our stay at Guarda Rios was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home.
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully maintained, and the level of cleanliness is outstanding. Everything is taken care of with such attention to detail, from the fresh towels and excellent housekeeping to all the little touches that make a stay feel special.
What really makes Guarda Rios stand out, however, is the people. The staff are incredibly attentive, warm and kind, always present without ever being intrusive. You can truly feel that they care about their guests and want everyone to have the best possible experience.
The breakfast deserves a special mention, absolutely fantastic! Fresh, delicious and a wonderful way to start the day.
The whole place has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and a very special ambience. It is one of those places where you immediately relax, feel welcome and simply don’t want to leave.
We loved every moment of our stay and left already wishing we could come back. Guarda Rios is not just somewhere to stay – it is a place you will remember.
We will definitely return!

There was nothing not to like. Angela and all of the staff were incredible, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The location was fabulous, the breakfast each morning was delicious, and the freshly baked cake served daily was a wonderful touch.
