A beautifully designed ambience that instantly made the stay relaxing and pleasant. The serene and tasteful ambience added great charm to the overall experience.
The short stay did not allow sufficient time to assess potential improvement opportunities. It was difficult to identify any notable gaps or areas for enhancement. :)

The only good thing about the stay was staff were good and hospitable during our stay.
Air-Con was switched off throughout the Lobby, Front Desk & Corridors. Cost Saving method used by management.
Limited Food items on the menu. Looks like the Resort is on a decline.
