All was tip top. Nice welcome, the room was clean and had all you needed. No nonsense.
Note that there is paid parking so you do not get disappointed if you expect free parking

Very friendly and chatty staff on check in, breakfast and check out. Made us feel welcome.

The walls are paper thin.
The couple in the room next door were vocally enjoying themselves! When they started again at 02 .30 we banged back on the wall which quietened their enthusiasm.
I got out the shower and looked for the hair dryer i found a sign saying ask at reception. So a dripping journey to fetch one was made!
Breakfast was chaotic. A big group were present. The single coffee machine was so slow. The cups and bowls had run out and were in the dishwasher.
Just 1 guy doing his best. It appeared to be a coach party which could have been foreseen and prepared for.

Close to motorway but no noise when windows are closed and air-con on. Breakfast ok , big plus is a Chinese restaurant within 5 minute walk of hotel. Staff helpful, rooms small but clean and comfortable. Nice lake outside with place to sit and have a drink. Good overnight stop, gladly book again in the future.
