Location and staff
Very tired, awful carpets, tired broken furniture in the rooms, smell of drains in my room which had internal sink

Everything was impeccable.
Clean room, comfy bed and pillows and most of all our praises for the staff and the gentle mean from reception for accommodating a large group of Delegates like us from Ireland.

Friendly receptionists
Room was comfy and innovative design.
Hotel room was very dusty (but seemed otherwise clean) and the carpet tilings in the hallways was dirty.
I had to pay for breakfast even though I'm sure I ordered that through booking (but that's on me) but they were very unfriendly in telling me to pay, and the breakfast then was no great value for money (€21,50, where no coffee or tea was available and extremely limited sandwich toppings)
