The location is quite good. 10 minute walk to Carrefour. Smaller stores for fresh bread and eggs within 5 minutes. The grounds are filled with fruit and nut trees. In the home, you have a beautiful view over the tops of the trees to the Caucuses mountains. (see photos) Fresh air and beauty. I slept well in my room. The family is very welcoming. Bread was baked in the traditional way on the property. Cleaning is done daily. Laundry available and free.
I am satisfied with my stay.

Cheap place to crash in for the day. Has a kitchen, two WC, two balconies, and a large common area to chill.
Location is a bit far from the city center. I was just time passing and wanted to chill so it was not a problem. But if you plan to maximize your time and see all the attractions in Telavi, you probably need to take a bolt/taxi (which is not expensive, although can be a bit difficult to find during some hours)

This is a guesthouse for anyone in a very tight budget! It did the job, I had a place to rest my head and I really enjoyed playing the (very out of tune) piano. The host was very kind, although I only saw her once. I also had a lovely balcony and the location is peaceful.
This guesthouse is very very basic and on a farmhouse. There are animals around, a dog constantly barking, and I believe they have bee hives, so unfortunately my room was filled with bees. I also saw a cockroach in there. The bathroom was not clean but at least it was spacious. The main issue was that bolt taxi does not work this far from town, so I had to walk 30 mins into Telavi. This was only an issue at night as didn’t feel comfortable walking alone in the dark.
