It is located by the lakeside.
But club .The clubs are a bit further away. From that location...

I stayed in a double room, with lovely views over the lake. The room was spacious, air conditioned and opened onto a small balcony. The bathroom facilities were good, plenty of hot water as well. There is noise from the street, but seems the same in most places lakeside. There is also a nice little cafe on site.

The location is nice, the bed is comfy and the toilets were clean.
The room is next to the shared area and the people was playing and being loud till too late. Also people smoke and all the smells goes inside.
For this price you can find better accommodations in the area.
