The room is clean, bed is comfy, plenty of sheets to change for longer stay. it's on a quiet street even though it's so close to the Hbf. Staff is very responsive with emails and my requests. I stayed for 2 weeks, cooked everyday, walking distance to marts, restaurants and esp. the Hbf. Loved my stay here!
It's a bit hard to find the building to collect the keys at first, and it's a walk to the city centre.

Die Wohnung ist zentral und gut vom Hbf zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage.
Der Wohnung würde eine Renovierung gut stehen und etwas mehr Qualität.
Leider war im Badezimmer die Decke sehr Schimmel belastet.

Location was handy but also nicely calm and quiet. I prefer having a kitchenette with a fridge when on holidays. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bed had seen better days and was a little uncomfortable after few nights. Also, it would be good to change the stove: it looked like an original from 90s and didn’t heat up very well.

The mattress had no mattress protector, a bit unhygienic.
Had to wait a long time to get attention at reception , couldn’t find the staff.
We could have done with an extra towel both for the dishes and in the shower. Used the same towel for a whole week.
