La calidad humana, el servicio, la atención. Muy bonitas personas. Tuve un accidente en la isla y ellos estuvieron muy pendientes de todo, no alcanzan las palabras para expresar el agradecimiento tan profundo que me llevo de aquí. ❤️🩹 Excelentes personas. Mil gracias. Muy delicioso también los desayunos, el almuerzo, todo perfecto

Posizione top , camere belle, non immaginatevi comfort a 4/5 stelle . Questa è una piccola Posada di 4 camere molto carina
Abbiamo avuto un problema con la pressione della doccia subito riparata da un manutentore . Acqua delle docce fredda. colazione da migliorare , sarebbe bello quando chiedi un caffè extra non vedere persone scocciate per la richiesta, ma sono solo piccoli dettagli di un soggiorno straordinario, rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto

Es la 3ra vez que voy a Providencia, 2da que voy a Ketlina Village en Santa Catalina y volví por su atención, tranquilidad y servicios que ofrece el alojamiento. Siempre es un placer alojarse allí, es muy disfrutable. Su personal es excelente y muy cálidos en su atención.
A mejorar el servicio de Wi-Fi, en los apartamentos de más atrás no llega bien la señal. Es lo único que puedo decir que hay que mejorar.

La climatisation dans la chambre est super et silencieuse. L’emplacement près du pont des amoureux prêt d’être à l’écart du bruit de la ville. Joli jardin. Les hamacs sous la véranda sont super tou comme le chien de la maison.
La dame de la réception n’était pas très enthousiaste alors que le propriétaire était charmant. Il manquerait des jeux de société pour les jours de pluie.
